6. Service Modifications and Termination

Termination: Either party may terminate the Agreement with a written notice of 30 days. Upon termination, clients must settle all outstanding invoices.
Immediate Termination: The Company may terminate services immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or illegal activities involving waste disposal.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in the preceding twelve months.
8. Indemnification
